The data we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us through the website:
- Via the contact form: your name, email address, company, website or social link, and your message.
- Via the newsletter form: your email address and selected industry.
We do not buy personal data, and we do not collect sensitive personal data through this site.
Why we use it
We use your contact details for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry or to deliver the service you asked for, such as the newsletter. The lawful basis is your consent and, where relevant, our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries or steps taken to enter into a contract with you.
Who can see it
We never sell your data, and we never share it for anyone else’s marketing. It is handled by us and by the trusted providers that run the website and our communications — for example our hosting and form provider, our email provider, and, once active, our payment provider for the newsletter. These providers process data only on our instructions.
How long we keep it
We keep your data only as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry or provide the service, and then for a reasonable period for our records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export your data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email fibmediasro@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority — in the Czech Republic, the Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚŠOÚ).
Cookies & analytics
This website uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use it. Analytics cookies are only set after you accept them in the cookie banner — if you decline, no analytics cookies are stored, and you can change your choice at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser. Google processes this data on our behalf, and GA4 does not record full IP addresses.
Client confidentiality
Discretion is part of how we work. We treat everything about our clients’ and partners’ work as strictly confidential. That is why, when we describe our experience, we keep it general — the brand, the kind of challenge, the thinking — and never the confidential detail, data, or results behind it. Our partners’ trust matters more to us than a more impressive-looking case study.
