About FIB Consulting

What does FIB Consulting do?

FIB Consulting works in two areas. For doctors and private practices in the Czech Republic and the DACH region, we build websites and IT solutions that follow the rules of the profession and that the practice runs itself. For brands in the US, German-speaking Europe and the Czech Republic, we deliver marketing tied to revenue: strategy, paid social, short-form content, SEO and GEO.

Who is behind FIB Consulting?

FIB Consulting was founded and is led by Filip Bureš. Before founding it, he worked as a strategist at Publicis Groupe on campaigns for Fortune 500 and Global 500 brands. He grew up in a family of doctors, which is where the medical side of the business began. For delivery, we bring in trusted specialists as each project requires.

Is FIB Consulting an agency?

No. FIB Consulting is a strategy-led consultancy: you work directly with the person who thinks the work through and is responsible for it. Where execution is needed, we build it ourselves or coordinate specialist partners — without the account layers of an agency. Consultancy vs agency, explained.

Where does FIB Consulting work, and in which languages?

We work from Prague with practices in the Czech Republic, Germany, Austria and Switzerland, and with brands in the US, German-speaking Europe and the Czech Republic — in English, German and Czech. The registered office of the business is in Děčín.

How does working together start?

With a free first meeting — at your place, or online via Google Meet or Microsoft Teams. We talk through what you need, then send a concrete proposal with scope and price. Any work after the first meeting is paid.

Websites & IT for practices

What does a practice website from FIB Consulting include?

Everything patients look for, kept current by the practice: opening hours, contacts, accepted insurers, services, how to book and what to bring. As standard: holiday notices and news the practice posts itself, a fast site that is easy to use on a phone and for older patients, healthcare structured data, a Google Business Profile foundation, and forms that collect no health data. On request: 3D visualisations, online booking from established systems, or interactive elements for young patients.

What does a practice website cost?

Every website is priced individually, according to what the practice needs, and the price is fixed before work starts. It is usually higher than for a template website: we build programmed websites with many functions (self-service notices, 3D, online booking), prepare and check the expert texts for patients carefully, and build everything to the legal rules for medical websites. There are no monthly fees and no licences; hosting and the domain run in the practice’s name. You receive a concrete quote after a free first meeting.

Can the practice really update the website itself?

Yes. Absence notices, news and changes to opening hours are entered in a simple, password-protected interface: dates, reason and stand-in — and the notice is on the website. It can appear a week in advance and disappears on its own after the last day. Training is part of the handover.

Does the website need ongoing maintenance?

No. The public website is static, with no plugins or content-management system that needs updating. The only editable part is the small interface for notices and news. If you want larger changes later, we can make them as a separate, paid order — there is no maintenance contract.

How long does a practice website take?

Weeks, not months. The longest part is usually preparing the content on the practice’s side — texts, photos and details — and we help with that.

How do you handle GDPR and the rules for medical advertising?

By keeping data to a minimum and content factual. Forms collect name, contact and type of visit — never health data. Fonts are served locally, there is no tracking without consent, and the cookie banner follows the law. Texts follow the rules for medical presentation: in the Czech Republic the advertising act and the Czech Medical Chamber’s code of ethics, in Germany the Heilmittelwerbegesetz and the professional code. We are not a law firm: the legal documents are reviewed by your lawyer or chamber.

Which specialties do you build websites for?

For all healthcare companies, corporations and practices: general practitioners for adults and for children and adolescents, ENT, dental practices, dermatology, gynaecology, ophthalmology, physiotherapy and rehabilitation, and clinics. The rules for presentation and data minimisation apply to all of them alike.

We already have a website and a domain. What happens to them?

The domain stays yours. We move the content over and set up redirects, so no links or search positions are lost.

Marketing for brands

Which marketing services does FIB Consulting offer?

Marketing strategy (including media and creative strategy), paid social and campaign management, short-form content, SEO and GEO, web design and build, and AI systems and automation. The work is strategy-led: the approach comes first, then we build and run what it requires. All marketing services.

Which markets, channels and platforms do you cover?

Brands in the US, Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the Czech Republic. Organic short-form on TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts; paid advertising on Meta and Google, plus Sklik for the Czech market; measurement in GA4 with Looker Studio dashboards.

How is marketing work priced?

As fixed-scope projects or monthly retainers, priced by goals and scope rather than by the hour. You receive a concrete proposal after the free first meeting, once the scope is clear.

What results has FIB Consulting achieved?

Our flagship proof is easy_skola, our own channel: from zero to 2.3 million organic views, more than 110,000 likes and 8,000 followers in four months, with no paid promotion and 73.9% of views from the TikTok For You page (case study). On the medical side, two practice websites are live (case study).

What is GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)?

Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) is the practice of making a brand visible inside AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google’s AI Overviews, so that it is cited when people ask those tools a question. It relies on clear, factual content, structured data and topical depth. We offer GEO alongside classic SEO — see the GEO guide.

How does organic short-form lower customer acquisition cost?

Paid ads stop reaching people the moment you stop paying; an organic audience keeps reaching new people for free. By engineering hooks and formats for reach rather than posting and hoping, short-form lowers the blended cost of acquiring a customer over time and reduces reliance on ad spend.

Do you use AI?

Yes — in research, analysis and content production, to work faster and more precisely. We treat AI as a baseline tool rather than a selling point: the value lies in the strategy and judgment around it.

Marketing, explained

What is brand building?

Brand building is the long-term work of shaping how people perceive, remember and trust a company — its positioning, identity, voice and consistency across every touchpoint. Done well, it makes the rest of marketing cheaper, because buyers already know you before you ask for the sale.

What is marketing ROI?

Marketing ROI (return on investment) is the revenue or profit generated for each unit of money spent on marketing. A simple form is (revenue from marketing minus marketing cost) divided by marketing cost. The hard part is attribution — knowing which activity actually drove the result — which is why clean measurement (GA4 and dashboards) comes first.

What are the main online marketing channels?

Search (SEO and paid search), social media (organic and paid), short-form video on TikTok, Reels and Shorts, email, content marketing, display and retargeting — and increasingly AI assistants, reached through GEO. The right mix depends on where your buyers actually are.

What makes a good short-form video hook in 2026?

A strong hook earns the first second: it opens with tension, a bold claim, a specific number or a visual pattern-break, and promises something the rest of the video pays off. In 2026, native, unpolished hooks tend to beat ad-style intros, and the first frame matters as much as the first line.

Which marketing channels have the highest conversion rates?

It depends on intent. High-intent channels such as search and email usually convert better than top-of-funnel social, because the audience is already looking to buy. Lower-intent channels such as short-form video win on cheap reach and demand creation, and feed the high-intent ones. The strongest results come from a full funnel, not a single channel.
